Malibu Road

Cast in place concrete and steel structure with teak siding and windows. The roof is standing seam, with solar panels. The guardrails are frosted tempered glass with bronze stantions continuing into the concrete deck.

The breaker wall was design to stop the waves creating a beautiful grotto on the side of the house for barbecues and beach storage.
