Based in Pasadena, California, eyeImpact is a full-service design-build firm specializing in residential architecture, renovations, additions, ADUs, restorations, and custom new construction. We bring architecture, planning, permitting, and construction together under one roof, creating a streamlined process that delivers thoughtful design with real-world buildability.

The Team
Gregory Preston
Principal, Lead Designer
Greg is an architectural designer and licensed general contractor (CSLB #1073334) with extensive experience spanning both architectural practice and hands-on construction management.
His project experience includes:
Mixed-use and multi-family developments
High-end custom residences
Single-family residential remodels, additions, and new construction
Restaurant design and tenant improvements
Private school renovations and facility modifications
Condominium improvements and repositioning projects
He earned his Master of Architecture from Montana State University – Bozeman and, throughout his career, has worn the many hats required to successfully deliver complex projects—from designer and planner to construction coordinator, estimator, problem-solver, and builder.
Elliott Lamborn
Lead Project Manager
Elliott is an architectural designer and builder with a wide range of skills from fine finish carpentry to residential construction to large-scale immersive art and architecture. He is the founder of Sundaychops, a company specializing in custom fabrication of architectural products and immersive art.
His project experience includes:
High-end custom fabrication for residential and commercial properties
Single-family residential design and build
High-end finish carpentry, cabinets, doors and windows
Construction budgeting, estimating, project administration, and field oversight
Large-scale immersive art design and construction
He earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Temple University and has worked at many scales. A true craftsman, he has worked with a wide variety of materials and enjoys complexly detailed assemblies. He values careful communication and efficient processes.
